Due to rapid growth, they need to implement a solution that can keep up with their operations.

Our client,  a food services company is responsible to provide food distribution and logistic services. Due to their rapid growth, the organisation need to implement a technology solution that can serve more than 300 staffs in a 6-storey office building. In addition, they have decided to operate 24-hours in their logistic and production line.

Our Solutions

In order to provide our client with a stable environment to run their business, we have replaced all their existing networking equipment and installed Huawei Enterprise End-to-End solution which includes network infrastructure, security, UCC and data centre solutions.  The centralised single unified platform has allowed for easy management of IT assets – IT support staffs are able able to access round the clock either on premises or remotely. We also ensure that there is a single point of contact for easy escalation of technical issues in the office building.

With this enhanced and reliable solution, the client has feedback their improvement in work productivity- allowing them to save time on IT support and make them feel confident in the reliability and security of their technology.
