In this policy, “we”, “us” or “our” means Activeo Singapore, “you”, “your”, or “yours” means the persons to whom this policy applies and “Activeo Group”, or “ACTIVEO” means Activeo Singapore, its related corporations, affiliates.

The primary purpose of Activeo Singapore’s website is to be a dynamic resource and business tool to help you learn more about us. We want you to feel secure when visiting our website

ACTIVEO does not process any sensitive data and undertakes to keep your data secure by implementing adequate technical and organizational measures.

PRIVACY POLICY – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Through its website, ACTIVEO collects data about you, including personal data, via the contact form, via the “support” portal of ACTIVEO or if you request the reception of documentation.

This data is processed in accordance with the General Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

Collection of your Personal Data

The identification data that you fill in freely on the various collection forms on the site (contact form, newsletter registration, request for documentation, support service). This data is essential for Activeo to respond to your request and offer you an adequate service. The legal basis of this data processing is therefore to provide you with the requested service and to carry out the pre-contractual measures.

Retention of Personal Data

Customer data is kept for a period of 5 years following the end of the commercial relationship. Data relating to a non-customer prospect are kept for a period of 3 years from their collection or from the last contact with the prospect.

Access and Correction

In accordance with the Regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, and in case of legitimate reasons, you can request for deletion, limitation and opposition to the processing of your data. You also have the right to the portability of your data and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights or ask your questions by writing an email to our Data Protection Officer via the following address privacy@activeo.com explaining your request.

Whether your request is admissible or not, we will respond to you within one (1) month of your request. Due to the complexity and number of requests, this one-month period may be extended by up to two months, in which case you will be notified.

If your request is not admissible, or if we are unable to respond favourably to it, we will explain the reasons.
In the event of questions or complaints concerning the processing of your data that cannot be resolved amicably, you have the possibility of referring the matter to the competent court.

If you do not reside in Singapore, you may submit your complaint either to the Data Protection Authority of the Member State in which your habitual residence, place of work or the place where the violation is alleged to have occurred, or to the competent court of the Member State in which the ACTIVEO entity that you consider responsible has an establishment.
