Our commitment towards building a better workplace have also been endorsed by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Practices (TAFEP). We are adopter of the Tripartite Standard (TS) on Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), Grievance Handling, Recruitment Practices, Age-friendly Workplace Practices (AFW), Work-Life Harmony and Unpaid Caregiving Leave.
TAFEP is an agency of the Tripartite Alliance Limited (set up by the tripartite partners in March 2016), and partners its two other agencies, the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) to achieve the vision of “Progressive Workplaces Harmonious Work Relation.”
